Samuduha Integrated College (SICO TVET) was established in 2003, beginning with 200 students and 7 teachers. The school accommodates both boys and girls across all the programs we offer. After three years of study, students sit for national exams and receive an A2-level diploma in the various fields we provide. Additionally, there are short-term programs lasting one year or six months, after which students are awarded certificates by NESA/RTB.

Samuduha Integrated College (SICO) is mixed (Boy and Girls) secondary school for technical studies for A2-level and its academic program is entirely based on the Rwandan National Curriculum.
